Located in the Mountain Village, Lodges at Sundance #7 is just off the Sundance Ski Run and the core of Mountain Village is about 1.5 miles away. The Mountain Market is just down the street.
This 3 bedroom, 4 bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a queen bed, a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa-sleeper. The home features a living area with a gas fireplace, a large screen TV, a VCR, a DVD player, wireless internet access, and a roll-top desk. The entertainment-style kitchen is open to the great room with top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast bar/island with granite countertops. The dining area has a table that seats 6. Cathedral ceilings allow expansive views to the northwest that are fully enjoyed from the deck where there is a charcoal grill.
Up one flight from the main level is the master bedroom with a queen bed, comfy chairs, and French doors that open to the wood-side patio. The en-suite bathroom has an oversize tub/shower and double sinks. From the bedroom, go up a few steps to the loft that overlooks the great room and shares the views. Down a half-flight from the main level is a sitting area with a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a queen sofa-sleeper, and French doors that open onto the patio with a private outdoor hot tub. There is a full bath on this level with shower only.
Down another half-flight is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Next door is the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Across the hall is a full bath with steam shower that has 2 bench seats, and a private washer and dryer.
The Lodges on Sundance enjoy ski-in/ski-out via gated access to the Sundance Ski Run. There is a large 2-car garage with plenty of room to store snow toys or mountain bikes. Wireless internet and private hot tub complete your mountain retreat.
