Pacific Place #D is located very conveniently right in the Town of Telluride with a short walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants, Town Park and the ski lifts.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium can accommodate up to 10 guests with a queen bed, a queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and a double futon in the loft. You enter the building through a door at street level. Once you enter the unit you will find a small hallway with a shoe and coat rack, right at the base of the staircase. All of the bedrooms are located downstairs on the entry level. The second bedroom is the closest one as you enter the condominium. It has a queen bed. Next to this bedroom is the third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a flat screen TV. Both the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom across the hallway. The master bedroom suite is located at the end of the hallway. There is a queen bed, a TV and a regular closet. The en-suite bathroom has a single sink and a shower (no tub).
Walk back through the hallway to enter the main floor upstairs. There is a light and roomy living room with a leather sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player and a gas fireplace. Off of the living room there is a balcony with a barbecue grill and amazing views of Town Park (great for summer festivals!). There are hardwood floors throughout the main floor of the condo. Next to the living room is the dining table with seating for 7 guests, as well as a 2 bar stools by the kitchen. The full kitchen has a gas range stove. There is also a half bath on this level. The loft is accessed by a very steep ladder from the living room. There is a double futon in the loft, which is open to the main floor (no door). Additional amenities include wireless internet access, a private washer and dryer, and a designated parking spot in the covered garage downstairs.
