Beautiful guest house close to the Gondola and River Trail. The Mintz Residence has a queen bed, a split king and a queen sleeper sofa. You enter this three story guest house from a side door off of Depot Ave. As you enter the home, the first bedroom with a queen bed is to your right.
Upstairs to the second level, there is a bedroom with a split king bed. Also on the second level is an open living room with TV/VCR/DVD/CD that flows into the kitchen. There is a small deck off the living room that looks onto Depot Ave. The den with TV and sleeper sofa is also on this level. Upstairs to the third level is a deck with beautiful views and a hot tub shared with the larger Jennings home.
