This light and airy artist's retreat sits on over an acre of pine and aspen high above the Mountain Village in a very private setting. In the summer you can listen to the sounds of the babbling brook that runs through the property, while in the winter ski access onto the Bridges ski run is a short walk away. The great room has large vaulted ceilings and huge windows to enjoy stunning views of the San Sophia Ridge. There is also a baby grand piano, stone fireplace and comfortable dining area in this wonderful space.
The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, granite countertops and an outdoor gas grill on the deck. Also on this level are three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and the en suite master bath has one of the most serene bathtub views on the whole mountain, as well as a steam shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom.
On the lower level there is a recreation room with a billiards table, juke-box and flat-screen television with DVD player. Also on this level is a bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. For those who absolutely can't leave the office behind there is a large comfortable office with all the amenities. In addition, the home has a room on the top level that we call "Zen Den" for its outstanding views, mirrored wall and ballet barre.
