Guests enter the townhome on the middle floor. Beyond the foyer is a spacious great room with welcoming sofas surrounding a large gas fireplace. Overlooking the lounge area is a fabulous granite and wood adorned kitchen with a six-burner Thermador oven and a Sub Zero fridge. There is a small desk at the end of the kitchen bench if work calls while you are away. The great room is completed by a dining table that seats up to ten guests. Just next to the dining table are French doors which open onto an intimate deck area with a grill and chic outdoor furnishings. There is a half-bathroom on this level, just off the foyer.

On the upper level of the home, there are two king-sized suites. The master suite has two walk-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with two sinks, a steam shower, and a large jetted tub. The second king suite has one walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Both of these king suites have ceiling fans, iPod docks and cable TV.

On the lower level of the home are two additional guest bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with an en suite bath. The bathroom has two sinks and a combined shower/tub. The fourth guest bedroom has two full-sized beds with an en suite bath. This bathroom also has a combined shower/tub. These two suites also have flat screen TV's with cable. In addition to the two bedrooms on this level, there is a nook with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has two twin beds, and has access to the queen en suite bathroom through a separate door. On this lower level there is a second lounge area with sofas, a large flat screen TV, and game table.
