Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Cimarron Lodge Condos enjoy an excellent location in the town of Telluride, right next to Lift 7, with ski-in access to the property. They also sit right alongside the San Miguel River and adjacent River Trail. The property has an underground parking garage, two shared outdoor hot tubs, and shared laundry facilities. . During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Located in the Tristant development in Mountain Village, the Tristant residences feature 4 bedrooms and 4 to 4.5 bathrooms and unmatched views of the San Sophia Mountain range. This 3,800-square-foot ski in ski out home offers guests spacious, home-away-from-home accommodations, a private hot tub, its own private gym and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plus, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. The slopeside Bear Creek Lodge is accessed to/from the slopes via a semi-private gondola. This 4-star property in Mountain Village makes for the ideal place to stay for a family trip or with a group of friends. Every one, two, three and four bedroom unit is filled with every amenity you’d find at home. All condo units feature a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom in the Bear Creek Lodge units features its own full bath and ample closet space for any length of stay.
