The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.

Cimarron Lodge Condos enjoy an excellent location in the town of Telluride, right next to Lift 7, with ski-in access to the property. They also sit right alongside the San Miguel River and adjacent River Trail. The property has an underground parking garage, two shared outdoor hot tubs, and shared laundry facilities. . During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. A short walk will also get you to the grocery store as well as all of the downtown restaurants and shops. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a washer-dryer and garage parking. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities.
