The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

As soon as you step into San Joaquin on Sundance, you might have to pinch yourself. This home is a feast for the senses both inside and out with views through every window. No matter the season, you will enjoy everything this home has to offer, from the hot tub perched on the expansive deck outside, complete with dedicated cooking area, or the stone fireplace that serves as the focal point of the great room. But the part of San Joaquin on Sundance that can't be missed, quite literally speaking, are the vast and uninterrupted views. Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.
