Residence on South Oak

Formerly known as South Oak Pearl, this modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurant and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October). This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!
Manitou Condos

Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Highlands Way Home

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run). Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. Enjoy views of the San Sophias through the large south-facing picture windows. A lovely dining table with seating for up to eight sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. The Terraces on the Meadow offer the best value in truly deluxe accommodations. With the Meadows Ski Run and Lift #1 right out the door, few locations have ski access as convenient.

Muscatel Flats

Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. Views of the surrounding mountain peaks abound, with Ajax to the east and Ballard to the south. From Muscatel Flats, the Gondola is a 4-block walk, or pick up the free in-town Galloping Goose shuttle at the corner and ride it around to the lifts. The restaurants and shops of historic downtown Telluride are a short walk up the street.
