Welcome to Ballard House South 201 presented by Accommodations in Telluride. Ballard House south location offers easy access to so many things in Telluride that you won’t know which way to turn. Colorado Ave. (Telluride’s iconic historic Main Street) is 2 blocks to the north, Bear Creek Trail and the San Miguel River Trail are to the south, the Town of Telluride Park and beyond to Bridal Veil Falls is to the east and the Telluride Gondola Station, Lift 8 area are an easy flat walk to the west. The compass says it all!
Enter the condo from the elevator in the hallway on the second floor. An inviting main room contains the kitchen, dining, and living room. A large Flat Screen TV sits above the cozy gas fireplace. The sofa is a queen sleeper. French doors open to the east-facing deck that runs along the back side of the condo with a grill. The unobstructed view to the end of the Telluride Valley is one of the most requested views, and you got it from every room!
The complex has an elevator for your convenience and underground parking. The condo comes with a dedicated parking space. You will find the ski locker in the heated garage area by the elevator.

Trip Cancellation Policy
CHANGES:
- A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed per change on any deposited reservation.
- Client will pay for any actual penalties assessed or rate changes incurred by the lodging, airline or other vendors.
CANCELLATION-REFUND-NO SHOW:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed $100.00 per person plus any fees and/or penalties assessed by the Lodging establishment and other vendors.
- If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, package is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
- No show, no refund.
- If purchasing airline tickets through us, they will be non-refundable once ticketed as mandated by the airlines.
