Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. Enjoy views of the San Sophias through the large south-facing picture windows. A lovely dining table with seating for up to eight sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. French doors off the great room lead to the large outdoor deck with another beautiful stone fireplace and sitting area. The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Smuggler Cabin is located in the Mountain Lodge Resort in Telluride’s Mountain Village. It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away!
