LeChamonix

Smuggler Cabin

Smuggler Cabin is located in the Mountain Lodge Resort in Telluride’s Mountain Village. It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. It has huge picture windows with mountain views, large decks, a gas grill, gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat and an open floor plan. The Mountain Lodge Resort has a year-round pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy.

Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Lorian

The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Ballard North Condominiums

The Ballard North Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

There’s plenty of seating for everyone, including a comfy sectional sofa and armchairs. The fireplace faces the sofa and adds the perfect cozy touch to the open room. 110 Hood Park

At 110 Hood Park you'll feel like you're on top of a mountain. With magnificent views, this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home really has it all. It’s perfect for entertaining or for a two-family vacation in summer or winter. The home features an open floor plan with a large living area, dining area, kitchen and adjacent deck. 416 Benchmark

Just beyond a stand of aspen trees that line the Lower Galloping Goose ski run, lies a treasure. 416 Benchmark is a cabin large enough to accommodate 18 guests while still feeling intimate and cozy - especially true if you call dibs on the separate guest house. Private hot tub, ski-in ski-out...we won’t bore you with the things you already expect from a Mountain Village manor. What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, built-in dining nook, and adjacent family sitting area. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.
