A Thompson House

A Thompson House

Enjoy a slice of Telluride history while experiencing modern comforts and the local mountain lifestyle. Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.

Ajax

This beautiful, unique condo offers three levels of living space, boasting plenty of square footage for your family or group. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Ajax Peak at the end of the Telluride box canyon from the second-floor great room. This condo situated on the west side of Telluride offers luxury and charm, all in an ideal location.

Petra Domus Home

Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. Enjoy views of the San Sophias through the large south-facing picture windows. A lovely dining table with seating for up to eight sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. French doors off the great room lead to the large outdoor deck with another beautiful stone fireplace and sitting area. The entire lower level of the home is occupied by a bunkroom lined with wood beam detailing, an antler chandelier and stone wall with large flat screen TV. Four twin size beds, set up as two bunks, occupy the wall opposite the TV, while a large sectional sofa sits in the middle of the floor. A foosball table and wet bar separate the bedroom from its en suite bath. French doors opposite the en suite bath lead out to the home’s private hot tub. A few steps from the main house is the guest house with kitchenette and queen guest suite. Exquisite from top to bottom, inside and out, Petra Domus is a true masterpiece in the Mountain Village. Whether it’s a summer vacation or a winter ski vacation getaway, your entire family is sure to fall in love with this home away from home.

Belvedere Park

Located just steps from the ski school, Belvedere Park offers upscale townhomes in the heart of Telluride’s Mountain Village, an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. In-unit amenities include a gas fireplace, private balcony, private elevator access from the heated garage, and a washer/dryer.

Gondola Haus

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

If all of this sounds like the perfect ski getaway, then the impeccable Alpen Ridge home is for you. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, this 7600 square feet home sits directly on the Bridges ski run and caters to the most discerning guest.
