Located only one block from Telluride’s main street, two blocks to Lift 7 and three blocks to the Gondola, the Columbine Condos make it easy to explore town or get to the slopes in no time. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are all close by. Condominiums include a washer/dryer, private deck, and one covered parking space per unit.

Cimarron Lodge Condos enjoy an excellent location in the town of Telluride, right next to Lift 7, with ski-in access to the property. They also sit right alongside the San Miguel River and adjacent River Trail. The property has an underground parking garage, two shared outdoor hot tubs, and shared laundry facilities. . During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Willow Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. Enjoy the view from your private deck. The Willow building is a unique downtown gem featuring beautiful retail shops and one of Telluride’s day spas. It’s also close to some of Telluride’s finest dining and great evening hangouts. Just across the street is the start of the Idarado Mining Legacy Trail – enjoy breathtaking views of the box canyon while learning some unique Telluride history from signs posted along the trail.

Conveniently located in the heart of historic Telluride, The Hotel Telluride offers its guests the foremost in hospitality and comfort. Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.
