Seamless Edge

Welcome to Seamless Edge. Serene and majestic, this inspired home consists of three glass cantilevered pavilions. An architect’s dream built by masterfully stacking three glass boxes on one another. The main living area is suspended in the middle glass box between the muted wood-finished kitchen with an oversized granite top island to three dining areas, including the outdoor heated patio table, to the two lounging areas with clean and natural elements. Between the five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on all three levels, there is zen space to spread out. The coy bunk room resides on the lowest level next to another cozy lounge and an oversized ski room with a private locker reserved for each guest. Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Diamond Tooth

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.

The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.
