The kids’ bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, with a three quarter bath in the hallway. Level two contains a king guest suite with private bath, a laundry room, and access to the garage where there is parking for one vehicle. Level three features the main living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and huge windows with magnificent views toward a beginner ski run. The dining table seats ten and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is also a half bath on this level, as well as a king guest suite with private bath. The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. It has two full-sized beds and a large private bath. The top level of the town home, level five, features the deluxe master suite with a king sized bed, a small Juliette balcony, and master bath with steam shower and separate tub. A private outdoor hot tub on level two completes this luxury residence.

It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.
