Welcome to Seamless Edge. Serene and majestic, this inspired home consists of three glass cantilevered pavilions. An architect’s dream built by masterfully stacking three glass boxes on one another. The seating area is the perfect place to relax and this condo has a soothing vibe. The seating area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Open to this area is a large dining table with seating for at least 8 guests, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar.

Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. Views of the surrounding mountain peaks abound, with Ajax to the east and Ballard to the south. From Muscatel Flats, the Gondola is a 4-block walk, or pick up the free in-town Galloping Goose shuttle at the corner and ride it around to the lifts.
