Double Diamond

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Ice House Lodge

The new Ice House Lodge offers luxury suites and condos in the most convenient location in Telluride. Amenities include: Pool, hot tub, steam room, covered parking garage, complimentary ski & bike storage, elevator access to all levels, high-speed wireless internet, On the river, one-half block from the free gondola, two blocks from the center of Main Street, just a few blocks from Telluride's summer festival events and minutes from many of Telluride most popular hiking trails.

Ballard House Condominiums

The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

Plunge

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Bear Creek Lodge

The slopeside Bear Creek Lodge is accessed to/from the slopes via a semi-private gondola. This 4-star property in Mountain Village makes for the ideal place to stay for a family trip or with a group of friends. Every one, two, three and four bedroom unit is filled with every amenity you’d find at home. All condo units feature a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom in the Bear Creek Lodge units features its own full bath and ample closet space for any length of stay. Other amenities include TV, DVD, CD Player, ski valet, ski storage, parking, concierge, bell staff, game room and complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the units. Named for the woman who often accompanied Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, the Etta Place Too condominiums are conveniently located a short walk to Telluride’s Lift 7.
