In the main house there are six bedrooms on various levels. The bunk room downstairs is the den for kids to hide away and play. Over in the guest house, there are two more bedrooms and a unique lofted space with a playful ladder to climb. Plus, there is a romantic cedar hot tub just off the main bedroom. The flagstone flooring and oak inlay woodwork compliment the oversized log cabin feel, then adorned with two-story windows to perfectly frame the San Sophia Range beyond.

You'll be steps away from Chairs 1 and 4, the main ticketing office, the Ski & Snowboard School, and the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village Town Hall Plaza and Telluride. Also, the Galloping Goose stops right in front of the lodge, and Mountain Village has the Dial-a-Ride option, making it easy for you to get where you need to go without a vehicle. 445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.
