Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

A beautiful antique Art Deco chandelier hangs over the island. Off the kitchen is a sitting/living room with a large couch with a memory foam sofa sleeper, a big comfy chair, and a wood stove, a totally cozy spot.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor.
