We are just 100 yards from the Gondola Plaza on the San Miguel River, two blocks from Main Street, and three blocks from Town Park. The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.
