Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

T'Ride and True on Main is a beautiful vacation rental in the Historic downtown district of Telluride, Colorado. The house is darling and edgy home and exudes funky mountain fun for the whole family. This five-bedroom home is full of spunk and sophistication with an open floor plan between the kitchen with a handy large granite top island to the sleek glass dining table to the happening living room with a special urban fireplace. Plus, there is a large deck to the side of the kitchen and a smaller one in the front of the house, and a larger lower patio holding the hot tub- all to take in the town vibe.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

This condo boasts stunning, unobstructed mountain views. Soak in scenic vistas over the pond to Ingram Falls and Ajax Peak from the patio after a full day of skiing or treat yourself to a soothing soak in the luxurious tub in the master bathroom. Staying in this condo puts outdoor adventures such as fly fishing, hiking, and skiing all within walking distance from your doorstep.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Nestled in the Tristant development in beautiful Mountain Village, Prospect Falls is a four-bedroom townhome with excellent ski access and a long list of amenities. Vaulted ceilings in the living room invite in huge, San Sophia views, while a couch and two armchairs surround a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is lined with stainless steel appliances, soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry. There are plenty of places to seat guests for dining between the breakfast bar for four and the dining room table for six. Enjoy Mountain Village Core and San Sophia Ridgeline views while conversing with friends and family over an unforgettable meal. Continue the entertainment outside through the French doors and on to the private deck with grill. The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave.
