The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Smuggler Cabin is located in the Mountain Lodge Resort in Telluride’s Mountain Village. Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs.
