Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. Enjoy views of the San Sophias through the large south-facing picture windows. A lovely dining table with seating for up to eight sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. French doors off the great room lead to the large outdoor deck with another beautiful stone fireplace and sitting area. The entire lower level of the home is occupied by a bunkroom lined with wood beam detailing, an antler chandelier and stone wall with large flat screen TV. Four twin size beds, set up as two bunks, occupy the wall opposite the TV, while a large sectional sofa sits in the middle of the floor. A foosball table and wet bar separate the bedroom from its en suite bath. French doors opposite the en suite bath lead out to the home’s private hot tub. A few steps from the main house is the guest house with kitchenette and queen guest suite. Exquisite from top to bottom, inside and out, Petra Domus is a true masterpiece in the Mountain Village. Vaulted ceilings in the living room invite in huge, San Sophia views, while a couch and two armchairs surround a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is lined with stainless steel appliances, soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry. There are plenty of places to seat guests for dining between the breakfast bar for four and the dining room table for six. Enjoy Mountain Village Core and San Sophia Ridgeline views while conversing with friends and family over an unforgettable meal. Continue the entertainment outside through the French doors and on to the private deck with grill. The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave.
