The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. Willow Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. Enjoy the view from your private deck. The Willow building is a unique downtown gem featuring beautiful retail shops and one of Telluride’s day spas. It’s also close to some of Telluride’s finest dining and great evening hangouts. Just across the street is the start of the Idarado Mining Legacy Trail – enjoy breathtaking views of the box canyon while learning some unique Telluride history from signs posted along the trail.
