Formerly known as South Oak Pearl, this modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurant and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October). This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!

An Aspen forest and decks surround this classic Ski Ranch cabin! Enjoy lots of privacy from this home located in a local community. The winding roads make for a change of scenery at every turn. Wildlife spotting is the norm for the neighborhood! The Classic Ski Ranch Cabin's first floor has a kitchen where you will also be dining at the island. A beautiful antique Art Deco chandelier hangs over the island. Off the kitchen is a sitting/living room with a large couch with a memory foam sofa sleeper, a big comfy chair, and a wood stove, a totally cozy spot.

With access granted solely by the Gondola, Cabin on the Ridge offers exclusive mountain top seclusion and unmatched Colorado luxury. The rustic stone facade is reminiscent of a sumptuous mountain lodge, while every inch of the nearly 4,000 square feet has been thoughtfully designed and elegantly finished. A stay at Cabin on the Ridge also grants you first-tracks skiing (without riding a lift or gondola in the morning), full access to the nearby health club, indoor pool, hot tub, and theater at the club at The Ridge. The grand and gracious great room is built to frame the magnificent mountain views from every angle. In the living area, a sofa and armchairs face the stone-front fireplace and add a feeling of coziness to the spacious room. Radiant in-floor heating keeps your feet warm after a long day on the mountain. The soaring vaulted ceilings have wide wood beams and sparkling chandeliers. There’s a flatscreen television here too, so you can catch up on your favorite TV show while sipping on some hot cocoa. There’s also a bonus den space/media room with a sectional sofa and HDTV. The completely custom kitchen is totally unique. Sleek slabs of granite sit atop wooden, louvered cabinet doors. The backsplash is a rustic stone wall with glass-front cabinets mounted to it that display the sparkling glassware. The gas range is topped by a bespoke metal hood that reaches up to the beamed ceiling. Nearby, a spacious dining table has seating for ten people and unobstructed views of the mountain peaks. The kitchen island also has barstool seating for three people. An additional dining table on the outdoor patio is the perfect spot for an alfresco meal set against the backdrop of the mountains. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and available extra oxygen that assists with sleeping at these higher altitudes. The first primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed set against an upholstered headboard and facing the stone fireplace. A glass door leads out to a private patio. In the ensuite primary bathroom, a glass-enclosed shower and two vanity sinks sit on either side of the marble soaking tub. In the second primary suite, you’ll find a king-size bed, a fireplace, doors leading to the outdoor patio, and an attached spa-like bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The third bedroom has a king-size, while the final bedroom has two twin size beds, desk space, outdoor terrace access, and a full ensuite bathroom. Two twin rollaway beds are available for extra sleeping accommodation. Once you arrive at the magnificent Cabin on the Ridge, you’ll find it difficult to leave. Besides the luxe, private home, you’ll also be granted complete access to the nearby club at The Ridge. A short stroll will open the doors to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, theater room, and hot tub. Plus, of course, you’ll have effortless access to some of the best skiing in the entire world at your fingertips.

Welcome to Seamless Edge. Serene and majestic, this inspired home consists of three glass cantilevered pavilions. An architect’s dream built by masterfully stacking three glass boxes on one another. The main living area is suspended in the middle glass box between the muted wood-finished kitchen with an oversized granite top island to three dining areas, including the outdoor heated patio table, to the two lounging areas with clean and natural elements. Between the five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on all three levels, there is zen space to spread out. The coy bunk room resides on the lowest level next to another cozy lounge and an oversized ski room with a private locker reserved for each guest. Upstairs, a fitness room beckons to breathe deep and awe at the unobstructed views of the historic Idarado Mine and Smuggler-Union Hydroelectric Power Plant perched on the edge of a 400-foot cliff above Bridal Veil Falls.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

Belvedere’s Lost Chalet in Telluride, Perfectly aligned with mountain views, this corner condo on Lost Creek Lane is a delight. Playful and bright, from the downstairs game room to vast open windows in the main living area. Wind through from the second level landing with elevator access and cubbies for storage, then find the eclectic game room with surprising textured wallpaper, plush sectional seating for movie nights in, and a poker table for those speakeasy vibes and a handy ensuite. Across the hall, pop into the zingy two twins or king bedroom with jack and Jill ensuite shared with the bunk room appointed with four twins and corner deck access – Too much fun to be had for the kids downstairs!

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.

Nestled in the quiet west end neighborhood of Bachman Village you are 200 yards from the ski slope, four blocks from the heart of town, and steps from the local grocery store. The amenities here include a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, a gas or wood fireplace, and a deck or balcony. Wireless internet is included and some of the townhomes offer a private hot tub for your enjoyment. The Bachman Village homes are perfect place for a ski vacation or a fabulous family summer getaway in beautiful Telluride!

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
