Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. Alpen Ridge Home

A slope side, luxury home, so perfectly appointed that your ski instructor can meet you on the deck, instead of fighting the crowds. Fresh tracks don’t mean you ride the lift, but rather you step out onto the perfectly groomed run outside your back door. At the end of another bluebird day, you don’t have to walk more than 10 paces to get out of your ski boots and into the private hot tub. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, this 7600 square feet home sits directly on the Bridges ski run and caters to the most discerning guest. Mountainside Inn

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Alpenglow Home
