Penthouse 2 at DiamondTooth

This comfortably decorated penthouse condo is located right in the heart of Telluride and has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect place to spend the holidays in Telluride with family or friends. Enter the condo on the top, 3rd floor. The condo immediately opens up into a large living and seating area with sweeping views of Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. The seating area is the perfect place to relax and this condo has a soothing vibe. The seating area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Open to this area is a large dining table with seating for at least 8 guests, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar.

Blue Mesa

Set in the Blue Mesa Lodge in Mountain Village, you'll be near delicious dining options and unique mountain shops. You'll be steps away from Chairs 1 and 4, the main ticketing office, the Ski & Snowboard School, and the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village Town Hall Plaza and Telluride. Also, the Galloping Goose stops right in front of the lodge, and Mountain Village has the Dial-a-Ride option, making it easy for you to get where you need to go without a vehicle. Store your gear in the ski locker on the ground floor and your bikes on the rack in the garage. This simple yet charming corner studio welcomes you in with a functional style. Put your feet up after a long day and flip through the cable channels on the HDTV. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you pop the tops on a few local microbrews. Take your suds out on the private balcony to enjoy the views of the San Sofia Ridge and the crisp, clean air.

Terraces

The Terraces on the Meadow offer the best value in truly deluxe accommodations. With the Meadows Ski Run and Lift #1 right out the door, few locations have ski access as convenient.

Village Peak At Westermere

Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. The living area features a large mounted TV and lodge-style gas fireplace surrounded by brand-new furniture. The open-concept design includes the dining area with a table set for six guests, which leads to the fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy prepping and cooking on the two-tiered counter, complete with a 4-burner gas stove. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to look out over the village core.

Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Cimarron Slopeside

Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

Mountainside Inn

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

Lost Chalet at Belvedere

Belvedere’s Lost Chalet in Telluride, Perfectly aligned with mountain views, this corner condo on Lost Creek Lane is a delight. Playful and bright, from the downstairs game room to vast open windows in the main living area. Wind through from the second level landing with elevator access and cubbies for storage, then find the eclectic game room with surprising textured wallpaper, plush sectional seating for movie nights in, and a poker table for those speakeasy vibes and a handy ensuite. Across the hall, pop into the zingy two twins or king bedroom with jack and Jill ensuite shared with the bunk room appointed with four twins and corner deck access – Too much fun to be had for the kids downstairs!

Villas at Tristant

Located in the Tristant development in Mountain Village, the Tristant residences feature 4 bedrooms and 4 to 4.5 bathrooms and unmatched views of the San Sophia Mountain range. This 3,800-square-foot ski in ski out home offers guests spacious, home-away-from-home accommodations, a private hot tub, its own private gym and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plus, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
