Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Kayenta II are Telluride ski vacation condos offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condos with a loft. Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. Amenities at Kayenta II include garage parking, a private washer and dryer and Wi-Fi.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.
