The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.

Conveniently located in the town of Telluride and at the base of the Telluride town gondola, this recently remodeled 21- room and two-penthouse boutique hotel affords easy access to town and the mountains in the summer or winter. For winter guests the hotel has ski lockers and boot dryers, as well as ski storage. The slopeside Bear Creek Lodge is accessed to/from the slopes via a semi-private gondola. This 4-star property in Mountain Village makes for the ideal place to stay for a family trip or with a group of friends. Every one, two, three and four bedroom unit is filled with every amenity you’d find at home. All condo units feature a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom in the Bear Creek Lodge units features its own full bath and ample closet space for any length of stay.
