The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. A short walk will also get you to the grocery store as well as all of the downtown restaurants and shops. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a washer-dryer and garage parking. One of the copper turrets holds a unique solarium room and indoor hot tub for the enjoyment of the guests.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.
