Manitou Condos

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

There are 2 steam showers, 3 fireplaces, an outdoor hot tub on the ground floor patio, again with panoramic mountain and valley views. The open floor plan of this beautiful home is perfect for entertaining; there’s a 65 inch TV in the theater room, a laundry room, and a heated garage. This is a home you will not want to leave.
