Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

Formerly known as South Oak Pearl, this modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurant and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October). This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!

Families, friends and couples alike will all love this home and its incredible views of the San Sophia Range. Guests will enjoy snuggling on the leather couches in front of the gas fireplace, and cooks will appreciate the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. With a dining room table for eight and breakfast bar for two, your whole brood can gather around for a wonderful home-cooked meal. Just off the dining room is the spacious master suite, which features a king-sized bed, carpeted floors, vaulted ceilings, seating area and French doors out to a private balcony. The en suite master bathroom has a deep, jetted soaking tub, steam shower and dual vanity sinks with marble countertops. Additional bedding configurations include a downstairs king guest room, a downstairs queen guest room, and a captain’s bunk room and a queen sleeper sofa, located in a loft. On the lowest level of the property (level one) is the movie theater, kids’ bunk room and ski storage room. The movie theater seats up to 12 guests and has a selection of over 100 movies. The kids’ bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, with a three quarter bath in the hallway. Level two contains a king guest suite with private bath, a laundry room, and access to the garage where there is parking for one vehicle. Level three features the main living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and huge windows with magnificent views toward a beginner ski run. The dining table seats ten and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is also a half bath on this level, as well as a king guest suite with private bath. The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. It has two full-sized beds and a large private bath. The top level of the town home, level five, features the deluxe master suite with a king sized bed, a small Juliette balcony, and master bath with steam shower and separate tub. A private outdoor hot tub on level two completes this luxury residence.

The Terraces on the Meadow offer the best value in truly deluxe accommodations. With the Meadows Ski Run and Lift #1 right out the door, few locations have ski access as convenient.
