Private hot tub, ski-in ski-out...we won’t bore you with the things you already expect from a Mountain Village manor. What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, built-in dining nook, and adjacent family sitting area. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

Elkstone

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.

Formerly known as South Oak Pearl, this modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurant and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October). This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!
Plunge

Plunge

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.
