Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Conveniently located in the Mountain Village, Lumiere with Inspirato is Telluride’s newest luxury ski in, ski out boutique hotel. Accommodations range from guest rooms to five-bedroom residences and penthouses that are furnished to the highest standards, Renovated in 2019, we have harmoniously paired a light color palette and natural fabrics that exude an airy warmth. An ode to times gone by, spaces are adorned with Telluride, Colorado’s bygone mining and skiing elements. The furniture, fashioned and polished, is a confluence of understated luxury. In fact, we dressed each residence with such purpose that when the day beckons you back to Lumière with Inspirato, you have a place to drop in to and a place to build memories upon.. All one-bedroom and larger residences feature a chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Smart TVs and oversized luxury baths with a separate steam shower and tub.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

This quaint 2 bedroom 2 bathroom residence is ideally located within the Kayenta Legends complex, situated at the base of the Village Express chair lift. Just a short walk to all the festivities of the Mountain Village- shopping, dining, skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer! This unit provides comfortable spaces for relaxing with a 42” flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, a gas fireplace and a shared back deck space overlooking the Village Express lift and complex hot tub area.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.
