Pine Meadows is a contemporary, Western-style 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom town home that sits directly on the Meadows ski run (the beginner’s ski run). Just a few minutes’ walk from the Mountain Village core, Pine Meadows 138 ticks all the boxes for a world-class Telluride ski vacation—prime ski in ski out location, up-to-date amenities and pedestrian convenience. Located near the resort, Hord Retreat is the ultimate Telluride vacation home. The handsome great room features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large stone fireplace give the room an alluring air. Outside, Hord Retreat has a large heated patio and massive hot tub with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Featuring high end appliances, such as a large Wolf gas stove, granite countertops and mountain views, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven. The adjacent breakfast nook offers a cozy dining experience with leather couches, large arched windows and flat-screen TV. In the formal dining room, an antler chandelier is at the center of the long dining table. An opulent retreat on its own floor, the master suite at Hord Retreat features a dual-sided fireplace that warms both the bedroom and the separate den, home to a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The adjoining master bath is outstanding, and features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub with superb views. For your convenience, the master bath has its own washer and dryer. A great place for youngsters, the bunk room has four oversized bunk beds, flat-screen TV and private bath. The second master suite has a private entrance and deck, as well as its own bath with steam shower. The fourth bedroom homes a queen bed and bath with Jacuzzi and steam shower. The fifth bedroom has a king that can be split into two twin beds. With a billiard table, flat-screen TV with Wii and shuffleboard, the game room is a fun getaway at Hord Retreat.

Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.

Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.
