This five-bedroom home is full of spunk and sophistication with an open floor plan between the kitchen with a handy large granite top island to the sleek glass dining table to the happening living room with a special urban fireplace. Basecamp at Valley Floor

This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season.
