Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Take your suds out on the private balcony to enjoy the views of the San Sofia Ridge and the crisp, clean air.

Kayenta II are Telluride ski vacation condos offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condos with a loft. Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. Pine Street C- Ballard Views is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium that shines with its prime location in the heart of Telluride. This Telluride town lodging lets you gear up at home and take a short 1.5-block walk to reach Telluride Ski Resort, or pack your backpack for a leisurely stroll to Telluride Town Park during summer festivals. No matter the season, you're perfectly situated. Upon entering the unit from Pine Street, you'll find a dedicated area for removing shoes and storing gear on the lower level. Ascend the stairs to discover three guest bedrooms on a landing, followed by the inviting open-concept living space further up.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.
