Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Pine Meadows is a contemporary, Western-style 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom town home that sits directly on the Meadows ski run (the beginner’s ski run). Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offering magnificent views of the San Sophia Mountains, Pine Meadows provides an incredible mountain respite. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Mountain Village core, Pine Meadows 138 ticks all the boxes for a world-class Telluride ski vacation—prime ski in ski out location, up-to-date amenities and pedestrian convenience. Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat at the Lorian. Step inside this bright and inviting space, with contemporary finishes for an elevated modern feel. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler. The kitchen table combines bench and chair seating for a more casual dining experience, beneath a sleek glass chandelier, adding a level of elegance. From there, easily step out onto the balcony to use the grill, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise alpenglow.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Welcome to Kayenta Peaks. This home is in the idyllic heart of Mountain Village Core, with views of the Misty Maiden run. Ski out right from the back door, then ski in after a long day to slip into the hot tub on the deck to wind down. Pop over to Tomboy Tavern for cocktails and American fare, or meander through the Core to explore shopping and ample restaurant options. Back home, relax in the main lofted living area nestled by the stoic wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the San Joaquin Mountain Range. With four bedrooms all with ensuites, this condo is great for family vacations or friend getaways, with a multi-level layout perfect for privacy and comfort. This condo is a true gem in the heart of all of the action Telluride has to offer.

The Fall Line condos are affordable and convenient, just a couple of blocks from the ski slopes, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just down the street. The shared hot tub downstairs is a great way to wind down after any of your adventures, and you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer from your balcony.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.
