Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

This quaint 2 bedroom 2 bathroom residence is ideally located within the Kayenta Legends complex, situated at the base of the Village Express chair lift. Just a short walk to all the festivities of the Mountain Village- shopping, dining, skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer! Welcome to enjoy Bear Lodge, a contemporary and classic luxury log home at easy ski-in/out access in Mountain Village. This comfortable and updated 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom spacious log home in Mountain Village sits privately along Benchmark Dr, at easy, true ski-in/out access to Lower Galloping Goose. This home is close to all things outdoors - and a short drive (or Dial-a-Ride shuttle ride) to restaurants and shopping.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
