There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.

Pine Street C- Ballard Views is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium that shines with its prime location in the heart of Telluride. This Telluride town lodging lets you gear up at home and take a short 1.5-block walk to reach Telluride Ski Resort, or pack your backpack for a leisurely stroll to Telluride Town Park during summer festivals. No matter the season, you're perfectly situated. Upon entering the unit from Pine Street, you'll find a dedicated area for removing shoes and storing gear on the lower level. Ascend the stairs to discover three guest bedrooms on a landing, followed by the inviting open-concept living space further up.
