The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Playful and grand, the lower level functions to serve all needs between the kitchenette, lounge around the fireplace, and pool table.

Located only one block from Telluride’s main street, two blocks to Lift 7 and three blocks to the Gondola, the Columbine Condos make it easy to explore town or get to the slopes in no time. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.
