Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. A short walk will also get you to the grocery store as well as all of the downtown restaurants and shops. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a washer-dryer and garage parking. Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.

Cornet Creek flows peacefully throughout the year and joins the San Miguel River at the Coonskin base. Cornet Creek Condos are located on the west side of the town of Telluride, just a short walk to Coonskin Lift 7 and Clark’s Market. The Galloping Goose shuttle that loops town every 20-minutes makes Cornet Creek super convenient and one of the best locations in Telluride. These units are tri-level and offer great views of Ajax and Telluride Peaks.
