The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

Cornet Creek flows peacefully throughout the year and joins the San Miguel River at the Coonskin base. Cornet Creek Condos are located on the west side of the town of Telluride, just a short walk to Coonskin Lift 7 and Clark’s Market. The Galloping Goose shuttle that loops town every 20-minutes makes Cornet Creek super convenient and one of the best locations in Telluride. These units are tri-level and offer great views of Ajax and Telluride Peaks.
