Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

The Fall Line condos are affordable and convenient, just a couple of blocks from the ski slopes, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just down the street. The shared hot tub downstairs is a great way to wind down after any of your adventures, and you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer from your balcony.

The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.
