The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

This condo, located in the Centrum Building in the heart of the Mountain Village Center, provides all the comforts of home with endless outdoor activities just steps from your front door. With ski access, breathtakingly beautiful views, an inviting gas fireplace, a private balcony, and a prime location just steps to the Gondola, this condo has all the makings of an epic ski trip with friends and family. Unwind in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV as the fireplace warms up the place after a long day hitting the slopes. The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
