Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Willow Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. Enjoy the view from your private deck. The Willow building is a unique downtown gem featuring beautiful retail shops and one of Telluride’s day spas. It’s also close to some of Telluride’s finest dining and great evening hangouts. Just across the street is the start of the Idarado Mining Legacy Trail – enjoy breathtaking views of the box canyon while learning some unique Telluride history from signs posted along the trail.

Meribel Penthouse is true luxury in the heart of downtown Telluride. The proximity to the Gondola as well as the views of the slopes make it a true combination of in town fun and easy access to skiing. The three guest suites are located on the entry level floor - one flight up from Main Street. Guests are greeted by a pristine foyer, complete with gas fireplace, comfortable bench seating and ample hooks and cabinets for storage. There’s no better way to begin your vacation than this welcoming room to remove gear and unwind. The king master suite has a flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. Views of the mountain can be seen and there is a small balcony off a private door. The queen and bunk suites sit to the left of the foyer, each with their own en suite bath with glass shower. The media room offers overflow bedding with one twin and an amazing flat screen TV.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.

Belvedere’s Lost Chalet in Telluride, Perfectly aligned with mountain views, this corner condo on Lost Creek Lane is a delight. Playful and bright, from the downstairs game room to vast open windows in the main living area. Wind through from the second level landing with elevator access and cubbies for storage, then find the eclectic game room with surprising textured wallpaper, plush sectional seating for movie nights in, and a poker table for those speakeasy vibes and a handy ensuite.
