Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Offering a prime in-town location and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this Telluride condo is a great escape for a family or a group of friends. Enter from Pine Street and be greeted by a space on the lower level where you can remove your shoes and hang up all your gear. As you head upstairs, there's a landing for the guest bedrooms; go just a bit further up and you'll come to the open living space. Enjoy a lovely living area, a formal dining table, three decks with incredible views of town and the mountains, a kitchen with an eat-in table, and an extra TV room off the main bedroom suite. Other amenities include a covered parking space for your convenience, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer, and a den. The decks offer great views of the surrounding area and mountains, so step outside to soak it all in. This is truly the perfect in-town option all year round.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
