Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.

The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. A short walk will also get you to the grocery store as well as all of the downtown restaurants and shops. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a washer-dryer and garage parking. A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.
