Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

With rustic-inspired décor and a heated cobblestone path leading straight to the entrance of The Peaks Resort & Spa at The Peaks, the See Forever cabins are both convenient and tasteful. These luxury cabins are set along a hillside and feature spectacular views of the mountains in every direction. Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat at the Lorian. Step inside this bright and inviting space, with contemporary finishes for an elevated modern feel. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler. The kitchen table combines bench and chair seating for a more casual dining experience, beneath a sleek glass chandelier, adding a level of elegance. From there, easily step out onto the balcony to use the grill, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise alpenglow.

Situated just one block from Telluride’s main street in the historic Miners Union, this storied building offers historic charm alongside modern conveniences. Lying behind its regal brick exterior is a spacious, welcoming home perfect for your Telluride vacation. Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

Village Hideaway is a comfortable and convenient studio located next to Clark’s Market in downtown Telluride. The studio is accessed via an elevator to a private residential floor. This studio has a queen bed and features everything you need for a comfortable stay, winter or summer. The studio has a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dinnerware for two. The upgraded, private bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. The living area features a large mounted TV and lodge-style gas fireplace surrounded by brand-new furniture. The open-concept design includes the dining area with a table set for six guests, which leads to the fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy prepping and cooking on the two-tiered counter, complete with a 4-burner gas stove. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to look out over the village core.
