Welcome to Grandview Chateau at the Lorian, hosted by InvitedHome. Enclosed in the undulating expansive condo, this space offers rounded moments of time in breezy corners to lush lounges. Courtly and alluring, the large dining room has seating for twelve. Balcony space takes in the fresh mountain air, where the pool serenely awaits nearby. Between six bedrooms among two floors, there is a comforting place to lay each head. Amid the main living floor, there are two king suites with ensuites and balcony access. Also, playfully tucked away is the first bunk room. With more delights downstairs, find the second bunk room complete with two queen bunks, another room with a queen bed, and the final king suite. Playful and grand, the lower level functions to serve all needs between the kitchenette, lounge around the fireplace, and pool table.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat at the Lorian. Step inside this bright and inviting space, with contemporary finishes for an elevated modern feel. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler. The kitchen table combines bench and chair seating for a more casual dining experience, beneath a sleek glass chandelier, adding a level of elegance. From there, easily step out onto the balcony to use the grill, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise alpenglow.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

The spacious Smuggler condominiums have the look of a stately Victorian home and are located just two and a half blocks from the Coonskin Lift #7. A short walk will also get you to the grocery store as well as all of the downtown restaurants and shops. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a washer-dryer and garage parking. One of the copper turrets holds a unique solarium room and indoor hot tub for the enjoyment of the guests.

Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.
