Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Set in the Blue Mesa Lodge in Mountain Village, you'll be near delicious dining options and unique mountain shops. You'll be steps away from Chairs 1 and 4, the main ticketing office, the Ski & Snowboard School, and the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village Town Hall Plaza and Telluride. Also, the Galloping Goose stops right in front of the lodge, and Mountain Village has the Dial-a-Ride option, making it easy for you to get where you need to go without a vehicle. Store your gear in the ski locker on the ground floor and your bikes on the rack in the garage. This simple yet charming corner studio welcomes you in with a functional style. Put your feet up after a long day and flip through the cable channels on the HDTV. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you pop the tops on a few local microbrews. Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. Views of the surrounding mountain peaks abound, with Ajax to the east and Ballard to the south. From Muscatel Flats, the Gondola is a 4-block walk, or pick up the free in-town Galloping Goose shuttle at the corner and ride it around to the lifts. The restaurants and shops of historic downtown Telluride are a short walk up the street.

The Fall Line condos are affordable and convenient, just a couple of blocks from the ski slopes, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just down the street. The shared hot tub downstairs is a great way to wind down after any of your adventures, and you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer from your balcony.
