Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

This comfortably decorated penthouse condo is located right in the heart of Telluride and has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect place to spend the holidays in Telluride with family or friends. Enter the condo on the top, 3rd floor. The condo immediately opens up into a large living and seating area with sweeping views of Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. The seating area is the perfect place to relax and this condo has a soothing vibe. The seating area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Open to this area is a large dining table with seating for at least 8 guests, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar.

Welcome to Grandview Chateau at the Lorian, hosted by InvitedHome. Enclosed in the undulating expansive condo, this space offers rounded moments of time in breezy corners to lush lounges. Majestic meets stately between the main level living space where the warm hues of oversized stones congregate with supple textures and natural furnishings, all cooly forged between vast mountain views from the windows, and ambient warmth from the fireplace. Courtly and alluring, the large dining room has seating for twelve. Balcony space takes in the fresh mountain air, where the pool serenely awaits nearby. Between six bedrooms among two floors, there is a comforting place to lay each head. Amid the main living floor, there are two king suites with ensuites and balcony access. Also, playfully tucked away is the first bunk room. With more delights downstairs, find the second bunk room complete with two queen bunks, another room with a queen bed, and the final king suite. Playful and grand, the lower level functions to serve all needs between the kitchenette, lounge around the fireplace, and pool table.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.

The Fall Line condos are affordable and convenient, just a couple of blocks from the ski slopes, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just down the street. The shared hot tub downstairs is a great way to wind down after any of your adventures, and you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer from your balcony.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.
