The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Kayenta II are Telluride ski vacation condos offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condos with a loft. Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. Riverside Retreat at Viking Lodge has everything you need for the ultimate Telluride stay. This clean and comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo was recently completely remodeled and features a brand new king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It has an inviting private bathroom with sliding glass shower doors and spacious sink and also features a private washer/dryer. The main sitting area has a fully stocked kitchen, spacious counter space, seating and dining table. A private patio is accessed from the seating area with incredible views and access to walking trails, hiking and biking trails and skiing right out the door.

The Tomboy Lodge is located on the west end of the town of Telluride, close to Clark’s Market grocery store. Guests staying at Tomboy Lodge can walk to downtown Telluride in under 10 minutes, with the main gondola station being about the same distance. Lodge amenities include an outdoor hot tub and guest laundry facilities.

Meribel Penthouse is true luxury in the heart of downtown Telluride. The proximity to the Gondola as well as the views of the slopes make it a true combination of in town fun and easy access to skiing. The three guest suites are located on the entry level floor - one flight up from Main Street. Guests are greeted by a pristine foyer, complete with gas fireplace, comfortable bench seating and ample hooks and cabinets for storage. There’s no better way to begin your vacation than this welcoming room to remove gear and unwind. The king master suite has a flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. Views of the mountain can be seen and there is a small balcony off a private door. The queen and bunk suites sit to the left of the foyer, each with their own en suite bath with glass shower. The media room offers overflow bedding with one twin and an amazing flat screen TV.
