Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

With one covered parking space and a location that's only a couple minutes' walk from Lift 7 at Telluride Ski and Golf Resort, you can quickly arrive and begin strolling to all of your adventures in Telluride! Located directly across the street from the San Miguel River, this luxury condo is one for all seasons. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.

The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler.
