Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. Meribel Penthouse is true luxury in the heart of downtown Telluride. The proximity to the Gondola as well as the views of the slopes make it a true combination of in town fun and easy access to skiing. The three guest suites are located on the entry level floor - one flight up from Main Street. Guests are greeted by a pristine foyer, complete with gas fireplace, comfortable bench seating and ample hooks and cabinets for storage. There’s no better way to begin your vacation than this welcoming room to remove gear and unwind. The king master suite has a flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. Views of the mountain can be seen and there is a small balcony off a private door. The queen and bunk suites sit to the left of the foyer, each with their own en suite bath with glass shower. The media room offers overflow bedding with one twin and an amazing flat screen TV.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Village Hideaway is a comfortable and convenient studio located next to Clark’s Market in downtown Telluride. The studio is accessed via an elevator to a private residential floor. This studio has a queen bed and features everything you need for a comfortable stay, winter or summer. The studio has a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dinnerware for two. The upgraded, private bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Welcome to Village Peak at Westermere. Enjoy the steam shower and jetted tub, the balcony that overlooks the village, and the warm living spaces perfect for up to seven guests. The living area features a large mounted TV and lodge-style gas fireplace surrounded by brand-new furniture. The open-concept design includes the dining area with a table set for six guests, which leads to the fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy prepping and cooking on the two-tiered counter, complete with a 4-burner gas stove. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to look out over the village core.
