This clean and comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo was recently completely remodeled and features a brand new king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It has an inviting private bathroom with sliding glass shower doors and spacious sink and also features a private washer/dryer. The main sitting area has a fully stocked kitchen, spacious counter space, seating and dining table. A private patio is accessed from the seating area with incredible views and access to walking trails, hiking and biking trails and skiing right out the door.

Pine Street C- Ballard Views is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium that shines with its prime location in the heart of Telluride. This Telluride town lodging lets you gear up at home and take a short 1.5-block walk to reach Telluride Ski Resort, or pack your backpack for a leisurely stroll to Telluride Town Park during summer festivals. No matter the season, you're perfectly situated. Upon entering the unit from Pine Street, you'll find a dedicated area for removing shoes and storing gear on the lower level.
