The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Welcome to Grandview Chateau at the Lorian, hosted by InvitedHome. Enclosed in the undulating expansive condo, this space offers rounded moments of time in breezy corners to lush lounges. Majestic meets stately between the main level living space where the warm hues of oversized stones congregate with supple textures and natural furnishings, all cooly forged between vast mountain views from the windows, and ambient warmth from the fireplace. Meribel Penthouse is true luxury in the heart of downtown Telluride. The proximity to the Gondola as well as the views of the slopes make it a true combination of in town fun and easy access to skiing. The three guest suites are located on the entry level floor - one flight up from Main Street. Guests are greeted by a pristine foyer, complete with gas fireplace, comfortable bench seating and ample hooks and cabinets for storage. There’s no better way to begin your vacation than this welcoming room to remove gear and unwind. The king master suite has a flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. Views of the mountain can be seen and there is a small balcony off a private door. The queen and bunk suites sit to the left of the foyer, each with their own en suite bath with glass shower. The media room offers overflow bedding with one twin and an amazing flat screen TV.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Cornet Creek flows peacefully throughout the year and joins the San Miguel River at the Coonskin base. Cornet Creek Condos are located on the west side of the town of Telluride, just a short walk to Coonskin Lift 7 and Clark’s Market. The Galloping Goose shuttle that loops town every 20-minutes makes Cornet Creek super convenient and one of the best locations in Telluride. These units are tri-level and offer great views of Ajax and Telluride Peaks.
