Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds.
