Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

This condo, located in the Centrum Building in the heart of the Mountain Village Center, provides all the comforts of home with endless outdoor activities just steps from your front door. With ski access, breathtakingly beautiful views, an inviting gas fireplace, a private balcony, and a prime location just steps to the Gondola, this condo has all the makings of an epic ski trip with friends and family. Located only one block from Telluride’s main street, two blocks to Lift 7 and three blocks to the Gondola, the Columbine Condos make it easy to explore town or get to the slopes in no time. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are all close by. Condominiums include a washer/dryer, private deck, and one covered parking space per unit.

Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. Views of the surrounding mountain peaks abound, with Ajax to the east and Ballard to the south. From Muscatel Flats, the Gondola is a 4-block walk, or pick up the free in-town Galloping Goose shuttle at the corner and ride it around to the lifts. The restaurants and shops of historic downtown Telluride are a short walk up the street.

The Tomboy Lodge is located on the west end of the town of Telluride, close to Clark’s Market grocery store. Guests staying at Tomboy Lodge can walk to downtown Telluride in under 10 minutes, with the main gondola station being about the same distance. Lodge amenities include an outdoor hot tub and guest laundry facilities.
