This home is close to all things outdoors - and a short drive (or Dial-a-Ride shuttle ride) to restaurants and shopping.

Pine Street C- Ballard Views is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium that shines with its prime location in the heart of Telluride. This Telluride town lodging lets you gear up at home and take a short 1.5-block walk to reach Telluride Ski Resort, or pack your backpack for a leisurely stroll to Telluride Town Park during summer festivals. No matter the season, you're perfectly situated. Upon entering the unit from Pine Street, you'll find a dedicated area for removing shoes and storing gear on the lower level. Ascend the stairs to discover three guest bedrooms on a landing, followed by the inviting open-concept living space further up.

Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath.
