The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Welcome to Ridgeview Retreat at the Lorian. Step inside this bright and inviting space, with contemporary finishes for an elevated modern feel. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and sweeping ridgeline views. To the left are the kitchen and dining areas. In the kitchen, you’ll find gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and a wine cooler. The kitchen table combines bench and chair seating for a more casual dining experience, beneath a sleek glass chandelier, adding a level of elegance. From there, easily step out onto the balcony to use the grill, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you take in the sunrise alpenglow.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Kayenta II are Telluride ski vacation condos offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condos with a loft. Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. Pine Meadows is a contemporary, Western-style 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom town home that sits directly on the Meadows ski run (the beginner’s ski run). Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offering magnificent views of the San Sophia Mountains, Pine Meadows provides an incredible mountain respite. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Mountain Village core, Pine Meadows 138 ticks all the boxes for a world-class Telluride ski vacation—prime ski in ski out location, up-to-date amenities and pedestrian convenience. This property can sleep up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and parking for one vehicle outside the garage.

Meribel Penthouse is true luxury in the heart of downtown Telluride. The proximity to the Gondola as well as the views of the slopes make it a true combination of in town fun and easy access to skiing. The three guest suites are located on the entry level floor - one flight up from Main Street. Guests are greeted by a pristine foyer, complete with gas fireplace, comfortable bench seating and ample hooks and cabinets for storage. There’s no better way to begin your vacation than this welcoming room to remove gear and unwind. The king master suite has a flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. Views of the mountain can be seen and there is a small balcony off a private door. The queen and bunk suites sit to the left of the foyer, each with their own en suite bath with glass shower. The media room offers overflow bedding with one twin and an amazing flat screen TV.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.

The Tomboy Lodge is located on the west end of the town of Telluride, close to Clark’s Market grocery store. Guests staying at Tomboy Lodge can walk to downtown Telluride in under 10 minutes, with the main gondola station being about the same distance. Lodge amenities include an outdoor hot tub and guest laundry facilities.
