The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished.
